Upload is back to the usual 10 Mbps speed. Download is 90 Mbps. Time will tell if this was just a temporary fix lol but the fact I saw it working perfectly again is a good sign. One thing I did earlier was go out and jiggle the connection to the house. Not sure why, but the cover to the outside cable box on the side of the house wasn't secured
